You'll learn why dropshipping might be the ideal business model for you, how to validate a product and business idea, how to set up a store, how to find a supplier, and how to get your first sale. As for myself, my name is Corey Ferreira, and I'm a content creator here at Shopify.

However, before Shopify, I started out as an entrepreneur. I've been an entrepreneur essentially my whole life. I remember being fresh out of school and earning a high salary at a civil engineering company, and not being satisfied due to lack of autonomy and fulfillment that I had. I remember one day I was listening to The 4-Hour Workweek audiobook by Tim Ferriss on my commute to work, and I was so inspired by the idea of starting my own business that I got off the highway, turned my car around, went home and quit my lucrative engineering job on the spot.

Since then, I've started, sold, and learned from many different ventures. A few years ago, when I got started in the world of ecommerce, dropshipping was a very attractive business model for me. It had a low barrier of entry, which made it low risk, and allowed me to start fast, but it also allowed me to focus on the things that I enjoyed the most about business-- marketing and customer service. Now, over the past year, my store has exploded into a six-figure business.

This was all done through dropshipping and through the method I will teach you in this course. Now, I'm showing you this not to brag, but to let you know that everything I teach comes from my own practical experience as a store owner. And as a store owner, I know exactly what pains you might be going through right now. Whether you have no idea how to get started or you have no idea how to get your first sale, that's what I'm here for.
